नई दिल्ली। श्री जय भगवान गोयल अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष, यूनाईटेड हिन्दू फ्रंट व राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, राष्ट्रवादी शिवसेना ने कहा कि विपक्ष द्वारा जस्टिस स्वामीनाथन के खिलाफ 120 सांसदों के हस्ताक्षरों के साथ महाभियोग प्रस्ताव लाना केवल एक न्यायाधीश को निशाना बनाना नहीं है, यह भारत की प्राचीन हिंदू परंपरा, सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों और न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता पर सीधा प्रहार है। आज प्रश्न यह नहीं है कि महाभियोग क्यों, बल्कि यह है कि किस एजेंडे के तहत यह कदम उठाया गया। जिस दीप प्रज्ज्वलन को लेकर विवाद खड़ा किया गया, वह कोई नई परंपरा नहीं है। यह तमिल हिंदू समाज की 1200 वर्षों से चली आ रही धार्मिक-सांस्कृतिक परंपरा है, जिसे पीढ़ियों से श्रद्धा के साथ निभाया जाता रहा है। क्या विपक्ष को यह इतिहास ज्ञात नहीं, या फिर हिंदू परंपराओं को कमजोर करना ही उसका राजनीतिक उद्देश्य है? जब अन्य समुदायों की भावनाओं की बात आती है, तब विपक्ष “धर्मनिरपेक्षता” का चोगा ओढ़ लेता है। लेकिन जब हिंदू समाज की आस्था, पर्व और परंपराओं का प्रश्न आता है, तो वही दल या तो मौन हो जाते हैं या विरोध में खड़े हो जाते हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि क्या इस देश में हिंदू होना अपराध बनता जा रहा है? यदि किसी को जस्टिस स्वामीनाथन का निर्णय गलत प्रतीत होता था, तो उसके लिए संवैधानिक रास्ता स्पष्ट है। हाईकोर्ट के ऊपर सुप्रीम कोर्ट है, जहाँ अपील की जा सकती थी। सीधे महाभियोग लाना यह साबित करता है कि उद्देश्य न्याय नहीं, बल्कि दबाव बनाना है। यह न्यायिक समीक्षा नहीं, बल्कि न्यायपालिका को डराने का प्रयास है। जस्टिस स्वामीनाथन का “अपराध” केवल यह है कि उन्होंने इतिहास और परंपरा का सम्मान किया, राजनीतिक दबाव में आए बिना संविधान के अनुसार निर्णय दिया उन्होंने न किसी कानून का उल्लंघन किया, न किसी समुदाय का अधिकार छीना। इसके बावजूद उन पर महाभियोग लाना लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के विरुद्ध है। अदालत के आदेश के बावजूद यदि प्रशासन उसे लागू करने में विफल रहा, तो यह प्रशासनिक लापरवाही है। इसका दोष जस्टिस स्वामीनाथन पर डालना न केवल अन्यायपूर्ण, बल्कि दुर्भावनापूर्ण है। महाभियोग की प्रक्रिया गंभीर भ्रष्टाचार या दुराचार के लिए होती है। यदि परंपरा-सम्मत न्यायिक निर्णय पर महाभियोग लाया जाएगा, तो यह संदेश जाएगा कि “जो राजनीतिक एजेंडे के विरुद्ध फैसला देगा, उसे जबरन हटा दिया जाएंगा।’’

जस्टिस स्वामीनाथन के खिलाफ लाया गया महाभियोग प्रस्ताव निंदनीय, पक्षपातपूर्ण और हिंदू आस्था व न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता पर सीधा हमला है। यह महाभियोग नहीं, हिंदू परंपरा और लोकतंत्र को दबाने का प्रयास है, जिसका देशभर में विरोध होना चाहिए। यदि आवश्यकता पड़ी, तो यूनाइटेड हिन्दू फ्रंट इस फैसले के समर्थन में और जस्टिस स्वामीनाथन के पक्ष में सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक खड़ा रहेगा। हिंदू परंपरा, आस्था और न्यायपालिका की स्वतंत्रता के लिए यह संघर्ष हर संवैधानिक मंच पर लड़ा जाएगा।

New Delhi – Shri Jai Bhagwan Goyal, International Executive President, United Hindu Front, and National President, Rashtrawadi Shiv Sena, stated that the impeachment motion brought by the opposition against Justice Swaminathan with the signatures of 120 Members of Parliament is not merely an attack on a judge, but a direct assault on India’s ancient Hindu traditions, cultural values, and the independence of the judiciary. Today, the question is not why impeachment has been initiated, but under whose agenda this step has been taken. The controversy created over the lighting of a ceremonial lamp is not a new practice. It is a religious and cultural tradition of Tamil Hindu society that has been followed with reverence for over 1,200 years. Is the opposition unaware of this history, or weakening Hindu traditions is its political objective? When the sentiments of other communities are involved, the opposition wears the cloak of “secularism,” but when it comes to the faith, festivals, and traditions of Hindu society, the same parties either remain silent or stand in opposition.
He further said that is being Hindu in this country gradually becoming a crime? If anyone believed that Justice Swaminathan’s decision was incorrect, the constitutional remedy is clearly available. Above the High Court stands the Supreme Court, where an appeal could have been filed. Bringing an impeachment motion directly proves that the objective is not justice, but the creation of pressure. This is not judicial review, but an attempt to intimidate the judiciary. Justice Swaminathan’s only “offence” is that he respected history and tradition and delivered his verdict in accordance with the Constitution, without succumbing to political pressure. He neither violated any law nor deprived any community of its rights. Despite this, moving an impeachment motion against him is against democratic values. If the administration failed to implement the court’s order despite clear directions, that is administrative negligence. Shifting the blame onto Justice Swaminathan is not only unjust, but also malicious. The impeachment process is meant for serious corruption or misconduct. If impeachment is initiated for tradition-compliant judicial decisions, it will send a message that “anyone who delivers a verdict against the political agenda will be forcibly removed.”
Shri Goyal said that the impeachment motion brought against Justice Swaminathan is condemnable, biased, and a direct attack on Hindu faith and the independence of the judiciary. This is not impeachment, but an attempt to suppress Hindu tradition and democracy, which should be opposed across the country. The United Hindu Front has written to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha requesting that the opposition’s demand not be accepted at any cost. If necessary, the United Hindu Front will stand in support of this decision and in favor of Justice Swaminathan all the way to the Supreme Court. This struggle for Hindu tradition, faith, and the independence of the judiciary will be fought on every constitutional platform.
